Hi, I'm Gareth — a product designer based in New York City specializing in complex operational tools, data-dense interfaces, and real-time systems. I'm the lead product designer at STRATA Critical, where I design healthcare logistics platforms that coordinate organ transplant deliveries across dispatchers, drivers, and hospital teams. I also collaborate with the design agency Brick Factory on conversion-focused web design work.

Before product design, I spent seven years as a Technical Designer in experimental theater — building and operating interconnected technical systems under high-stakes, live conditions. That background gave me an unusual comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and communicating across disciplines.
